AgentWallet, Inc. ("RoboWallet", "we", "us", or "our") operates robowallet.io and associated services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

  • Email address (waitlist and account registration)
  • Business and identity information required for KYC/KYB compliance
  • API usage data and transaction logs associated with your account
  • Communications you send to us

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data through analytics tools (Vercel Analytics, PostHog).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the RoboWallet platform
  • To verify identity and comply with financial regulations (KYC/KYB/AML)
  • To send transactional and product communications
  • To detect fraud and ensure platform security
  • To fulfill legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Supabase, Lithic, Resend)
  • Regulators and law enforcement when required by law
  • Card network partners as required for payment processing

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction and audit records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with financial regulations.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage responsible disclosure of any vulnerabilities to security@robowallet.io.
