Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RoboWallet ("the Service"), operated by AgentWallet, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RoboWallet provides an API platform that enables developers to issue policy-bound virtual payment cards for autonomous AI agents. The Service includes card issuance, real-time authorization controls, spending policy management, and audit logging.
Virtual card services are provided in partnership with Lithic, Inc. and are subject to Lithic's terms and applicable card network rules.
3. Eligibility and KYB
The Service is available to businesses only. You must complete our Know Your Business (KYB) verification process before accessing card issuance features. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including AML and sanctions requirements
- Process payments for prohibited industries or activities
- Circumvent spending controls or policy enforcement mechanisms
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform
5. API Keys and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must immediately notify us at security@robowallet.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or keys. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
6. Fees and Billing
Fees are described on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentWallet, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or applicable law, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@robowallet.io.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
